Personal Facts:

I am from Alpine, Utah.  Married Chase Palmer in 2005.  We have three little boys(Chase, Jackson, and Jayden). We are living in New York while my husband finishes graduate school.  This past year I trained for the Salt Lake City Marathon in Central Park everyday and have discovered a whole new love for running.  I love it and have a desire to see how fast I can become!

Had to cut my long run a little short because I had to get back in time to head to my kids baseball game but because of the time crunch It was a speedy long run and my legs are more sore today than they were after my 10k race.
