My achilles was sore after Saturday's run, which was a little strange. So, I kept it non-impact this morning. I did an interval workout on the spinning bike. I warmed up 15 minutes, and then did 12 sets of 3 minutes hard, 2 minutes easy. I did a straight speed ride, a hill climb, and jumps, and repeated that 4 times. Then, I cooled down until I hit 80 minutes of riding. |
