Treadmill day. Progression run. I started at 8.0 mph and bumped up every half mile. I also added in 12 x 1 minute pushes. Every five minutes I ran hard, starting at 10 mph and increasing the pace .1 every interval. So, I finished with my regular pace at 9.6 mph, and my sprint pace 11.1 mph. Tough workout! 9.14 miles in one hour. |
