It's nice to have some actual running miles to report. I have been off for six weeks. Although I enjoyed cycle, lifting classes, zumba and lots ofctime on the elliptical, I am looking forward to running outside again. This morning I just ran around the neighborhood to feel out my hip. It felt pretty good for a first run. I felt a little rough running. But, my body will remember how to run. I should start feeling better shortly. Later I took a total body strengthening class. I can tell the lifting will pay off. Even though I felt awkward running, I did feel strong. |
