I warmed up three miles, and ran a 45 minute tempo. Since it was shorter, I ran it harder than my long tempos. I started at 6:15 pace and increased .1 every 5 minutes. I felt pretty good. I could have made it to eight, but it would have been pretty tough after that. I hit 7.5 miles in just over 45 minutes, so 6:00-6:01 treadmill average. I cooled down 1.5 miles. |
