I warmed up 15 minutes and then ran a fartlek ladder. 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2, and 5 x 1 minute on/off to finish. 1, 1, 2,2,3,2,2,1 minute recoveries. My legs felt a little springier this morning. 6:56 average. 1 mile cooldown. Trying to add a little more every day. |
