I missed my morning run due to an overflowing toilet and flooding basement. So once I got the mess somewhat under control and eveey towel in the house in the wash, I went to the club to run on the treadmill. I ran an 8 mile progression run. I started at 8 mph and increased the pace every half mile. 55:07 for eight. I felt good but the run was boring. After I ran I did 2x 50 crunches, 1 minute plank, 3x 20pushups and 3x 15 tricep dips. Now I'm back home attacking the mess from this morning. I don't think there's anything in life that a good run can't make you feel better about |
