A little limited on time this morning. I did a track workout for the first time in quite awhile. I just wanted to get used to turnover again. I warmed up 2.75 miles and then ran 4 x 200. It was pretty windy on the home stretch, which wasn't surprising. I ran 1600, 800, 800, 400, 400, 400, 400. 1600: Goal: 5:45. Actual: 5:43 800's: Goal: 2:48-2:50. Actual: 2:46, 2:48 400's: Goal: 80. Actual: 79, 77, 78, 78 400 recovery between the miles and eights. 1:1 recovery on the 400s Only a mile cooldown. |
