My calves were still a bit tight from Saturday's race. I decided to take one more recovery run before running a workout. It was pretty windy this morning so that may have been a good choice. We'll see tomorrow. Otherwise, I felt good. I ran my Murray Park 10 miler. It was a bit trafficky at 7:30 a.m. I'll probably tempo tomorrow, and either fartlek or intervals on Friday. 15-16 on Saturday. 60-65 for mileage. |
