Tempo run today. I warmed up three miles and then ran a five mile tempo. 30:49. 6:10 average. It's a start. My legs were a little tired from yesterday, but not too bad. I cooled down for ten minutes. I feel really strong, like my endurance is good. I'm just not very fast yet. I'm sticking with fartlek and tempo until after Murray Fun Days 5k. Then I will start adding track workouts back in. |
