I warmed up fifteen minute and then ran a fartlek workout on 3 x 3-2-1 minutes with 2-1-1 minute recoveries. I felt pretty good today, but my speed needs some development. I finished with a 15 minute recovery to complete a full hour of running. 6:57 average. After my run I took Total Body Conditioning. I made it through all six sets of frog jumps! Success! |
