I thought I would add a little fartlek training in this week. I warmed up about 2.5 miles to Millrace Park. I ran 11 x 1 minute on/off. I planned on ten but I can't count and run at the same time. So, I got an extra one in. I ran home for a cooldown. 7:10 average for the entire workout. It felt strange to move fast. I took Total Body Conditioning after running.It was tough after the faster workout. |
