I got up really early this morning to run since we have a full day of house showings. We will be homeless for most of the day while strangers come peruse our home. I'm not complaining though. We have already received two offers on the house. I ran 1300 W to 9000S to 2700 W to 5400S. It's kind of a boring loop, but has some good rollers and lots of convenience stores. That's always important for impromptu potty stops. I took a gu at about 7 miles. I felt a burst of energy the last half hour of the run. Of course, this may be more attributed to the fact that the wind was at my back and there was much more downhill. Total time for run: 1:24:41 |
