I warmed up two miles and then ran 3 x 10 minutes with 2 minutes jog recovery inbetween. The first ten minutes I ran 6:20 pace, the second 10 minutes 6:12 pace, and the third 10 minutes 6:05 pace. I felt pretty comfortable until the last 5 minutes of the third repeat. Then, I cooled down until I hit 55 minutes of running. 8.18 miles. Slowly, but surely my fitness is returning! |
