Cruddy weather sent me to the treadmill today. My goals was 10 miles, but I was having stomach issues, so I stopped at eight. I started at 8.2 mph and increased .1 every five minutes. My total time was 55:21.
I was more consistent this week, with a little more mileage. However, I can do better. I would like to run 35 miles next week, do core and push-ups and tricep dips daily, and run a ten mile long run. Those are my goals for the next week. As long as I see consistent improvement, my fitness should gradually return. |
