Warmed up 10 minutes. Ran a fartlek workout, 10 sets of 2 minutes on two minutes off on the treadmill. I ran the recovery at 8.0 mph, and the fast ones starting at 9.6 mph, and increasing .1mph every two intervals. The last one I ran at 10.1 mph. I cooled down to 7.5 miles. Total time: 51:12 |
