I ran a tempo workout today. I warmed up for 15 minutes, and then ran 10 minutes at 6:40 pace, with 3 minutes recovery. Then, I ran 2 x 5 minutes, at 6:30 and 6:20 pace with 2 minutes recovery in between. To finish, I ran 5 x 1 minute on/off. I cooled down until I hit 8.5 miles. Total time: 60:04.
PM: Teren came home early from work! (YAAYY!!!) so I went to the club and took a Zumba class. I felt extra clumsy tonight. |
