I had tired legs today.  I tried to take it easy on my run.  I ran up 3200 W, which I don't usually do.  It's really hilly, and I was running into a headwind.  My easy run was not so easy.  On the plus side, I got some good downhill in the second half of the run.  I came down 6200S and back on 1300W.  It was a decent route, but it was very dark outside this morning.  7:18 average, with mile splits everywhere from 6:48 to 8:00.  It was not an evenly paced run today.

Who cares about pace on recovery days? Still, averaging 7:18 is pretty fast. Hope you've recovered from your pepper spray incident :P

haha. yes, i hope you have recovered. :) that story made me laugh. my mom gave me pepper spray when i moved to college and for some reason i decided to test it out in the stairwell of my dorm. i had no idea that it was so powerful. anyone who entered the stairwell would immediately start coughing and hacking. no one knew what was going on and it lingered for a good hour. i was so embarrassed.

nice running lately!
