I'm definitely feeling yesterday's workout. But, I did feel a little better than I had anticipated. Still, I kept it short and easy. I will be fine on my target mileage for the week. I ran down 4800 to the river trail, to Millrace Park, and home. My toes were really cold for the first mile, which was a little painful. But, they warmed up nicely, along with the rest of my body. |
