Stretched and did Power90 Cardio/Sweat 3-4 this evening. (Power yoga, kickboxing, jumping jacks, running, punching..full body workout)! Afterwards, did leg lifts, lunges, and three different sets of squats. Stretched again and did 11 different sets of crunches at either 35 or 40 reps. I did 400 crunches total and did final stretching. Now getting in the tub to shave because all that stretching made me realize how stubbly my legs are! haha |
