Did a lot today, but caught a bit of time before bed to do leg lifts and free weight lifting. Only did a total of 6 different sets at 45 reps each (with one set at 100 reps)- Mind you, these are only 5 pound weights. I would have liked to complete my sets (I have about 8 different sets total I think, but I was tired). I want to move up to maybe 8 or 10 pounds soon, but I haven't wanted to go to the store and buy them! |
