Decent run today. We had a good group to start off with but kinda all fell apart when we got up the first big hill. Then we had the work out part of 2x5 at easy tempo then 10 at tempo and then 5 at thresh. Jacey flipped during the second easy tempo and i forgot my watch so i would start with Sylvia and kinda just guess my pace. I’m pretty sure i was going solid pace for all my tempo things. It’s hard not having a coach with us on a run cause it’s less motivating for some of the girls to run with the top group for the run. Definitely think we could have had a better group.
