This morning I went to the gym and did 20 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical. I wan't going to try to run, because my foot was still bothering me. So I started on the recumbant stationary bike, but after a few minutes, I got bored and decided to walk on the treadmill. I made it a quarter of a mile, then just HAD to try running. I ran at a very slow pace, but I was able to do a mile without much discomfort! Yay! I would have gone further if I had more time, but I'm trying to be smart, too. It just felt really good to run again. :D |
