I took an easy run along the beach this morning - LOVE IT!!! It's GREAT running at sea level. :D I kept it slow and easy, taking my walk breaks after every 5 minutes, and finished my run in 41:06. The leg felt fine the whole time. Tomorrow I'd like to try doing 10 miles, while Ben is racing. :D Later, we took a 2.5 mile walk along the beach. Absolutely beautiful! I love being on vacation. :) |
