I started the day with a nice run. I ran the first 20 minutes with Britnee, covering 1.8 miles. It was a good warm-up. Then I ditched her and finished the remaining 3.2 miles in 28:57. That's a far cry from the 24 minute 5K that Galloway's race predictor says I need to do to make a sub-four marathon....guess I've got some work to do. So I went home and did the P90X legs routine, and followed it up with Ab-Ripper. This afternoon Ben and I went swimming, and I did a pretty relaxed 44 lengths. I had a protein shake instead of ice cream tonight...ahhhh! |
