I ran this morning with my girl friends. It was exactly what I needed, since my legs are SO tired and sore from Saturday's workout. We did a 5K in 36:59. I came home after that and did an Upper Body Work Out. This evening, we went to the pool, but on the way there, my baby touched a hot light bulb and burned his finger to a blistery crisp, so he refused to let me put him down, and I missed out on my swim. I didn't feel too badly about that though, because I was tired and just wanted to go to bed. :D |
