I met the Tri Club at the High School for a track workout this evening. I was careful not to run too hard, since I'm tapering, but it was nice to get a little speed work in before Saturday. Anyway, it was 100 degrees out there, and I GREATLY dislike running hot! I did a one mile warn-up, 1 x 200, 4 x 100, and 1 x 800, before cooling down with a half mile jog. Total mileage was 3 miles in 24:31. I'm feeling good! |
