Howdy folks! This morning I ran 5 miles with my friends. Actually, we mostly walked the last mile. It was slow and easy, and just what I needed. I've been really tired lately! My legs are so sore...I'm not sure why they are taking so long to recover. Whatever. The run took us 1:03:40. When I arrived at home, I did a full lower body work out followed by ab-ripperX. Then this evening, I joined my daughter's youth group for a half-hour of hip hop dancing. I think I'm not too bad for an old lady. :D |
