HIIT on the recumbant bike this morning. This evening, I went back to the gym to do the elliptical-of-death, and after 5 minutes and .25 miles, I was done. (But I decided to count it anyway!) So I ended up going to yoga instead. I was very careful not to do anything that might injure my slowly-healing back, but I found that I am much stronger in many ways than I was the last time I did yoga (YAY!) and that it felt great! So I'm glad I skipped out on the tortuous elliptical and did yoga instead. :D |
