Everything felt tired today, so I decided that since I'm SUPPOSED to be in recovery, I'd actually take it easy and recover! I did XStretch for my workout today...and you can hardly call it a workout, but at least I had a nice hour of stretching. Tomorrow is my first triathlon. It's only 400 yards of swimming, 10 miles of biking, and 3 miles of running. I'm a little nervous about the cold...haven't figured out yet what I'm going to wear. But I'm excited, too! I carbed up today a little.... |
