Ben and I did P90X Kempo X today. We followed it up with a 20 minute run...and were able to get in 2.1 miles. I started out nice and slow, at a 10-minute pace, and picked it up to a 8.5 minute pace. My foot felt slightly aggravated, but I can tell it's improving. I just need to give it some time, and watch my speed until then. I'm just glad to be getting the workouts in, even though we're out of town! :) |
