We did our hill workout at Pioneer Park this morning. I did a 1 mile warm-up, 6 hill repeats with 10K pace going up and IM pace going down, and then a cool down to total 6.05 miles in 1:01:21, including over 12 minutes of walking. I ran with my friend Tige all morning...it was really nice to have someone to run with who goes about the same pace as me and who distracted me with conversation so I could forget how TIRED my legs are this week!
I needed to get a bike ride in, so I rode to Ivins for my voice lesson and then back home again, for a total of 25 miles in 1:33:20. I am really, REALLY tired. I need to rest up so that I can ride the veyo loop again on Thursday, and run the Las Vegas Ragnar Relay this weekend. :S |
