I had a REALLY late night last night, and had intended to sleep in this morning, but woke up at the usual time with my brain spinning. So I got out of bed and gave P90X a try - core synergistics. I liked it! I guess that will be all for me today...earlier rehearsals and a show tonight is going to finish me off.
I ate really well yesterday - no cheating - and dropped 2.6 pounds. I knew it was going to be easy! The hard part is sticking to it once I stop losing weight. I will usually settle around 120-121 lbs. But I want to continue eating right until the marathon. I feel SOOO much better when I'm eating what I'm supposed to. :D |
