Since my IT band continues to not cooperate, I have decided to try another round of P90X. After 30 days, I'm going to try running again. Hopefully by icing, stretching, and strength training, I will be able to run pain free again! "Shoulders & Arms" and "Ab Ripper X" workouts. My 3 year old was so funny and stood there making sure I completed all my reps. He counted all the way to ten and then said, "eleventeen." Pretty sure I didn't teach him THAT number! |
