I finally have something to post today! It's not very exciting, but it's something! 2.0 TM miles. I felt my knee start to tighten after a 1/4 mile! Ahhh! I slowed my pace down from 10:00min/mile to 10:15min/mile. That didn't seem to help so I walked a 1/4 mile and jogged a 1/4 mile until I reached 2 miles. So now I'm icing and stretching. I think I'm going to work more on doing more leg strengthening exercises and aerobics videos this week and try to run again on Saturday to see my IT band is any better. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated! |
