3.0 easy TM miles tonight. First mile at 10:00 pace, mile 2 at 9:30, mile 3 at 9:05. P90X "Chest & Back" and "Ab Ripper" workouts. I'm still not feeling 100%, but at least my fever is gone. I'm really hoping our family gets a break for a while and will be healthy for at least a month! I was happy to see that I lost 4 lbs while being sick. I'm sure once I'm able to taste food again, it will all come right back though :)
