| Fatigue miles-- ran 8 miles slowly and then followed with 3x 1 mile with 2 laps rest between= 5:45, 5:40, 5:44
I felt awful after the 8 miles, still tired from the long run last week. Then was surprised by my time on the first of the mile repeats. Maybe the gu that Melody gave me energized me. They were right where I wanted them. Thanks Melody! You're the best.
