hit by a bike from behind-- went to the ER. Concussion, memory loss, have 7 staples in my head now. convinced that now I need to wear a light even when it's pretty light outside.

awww sorry Emily :-( This is such a dangerous time of year in the mornings. Everyone is still in summer-mode, but its dark until 7am now.
Hope you are doing OK.

Thanks everyone. Be careful out there. Props to Julie E for wearing the reflective gear and lights these days. It was 7 a.m. though. I think the kid just was biking so hard with his head down because he was late for class at UVU. It was pretty light. I probably should have been on the other side of the street, facing traffic.

Oh man, that is awful! I hope you have a quick and speedy recovery. It's a good reminder to dust off the reflective gear and flashing lights.

thanks running buds! I'm going to be fine, but I don't think I'll be running for the next couple of days. It seems that it is hard to sleep if I just sit around all day and only got a short short run in. Addiction to running/activity is real. :-) love you all.

That is so crazy! I've had some near misses with bikers and when I imagine actually getting hit, slamming into the ground, wheels, pedals, etc. Ahh! I'm so sorry.
When I tripped over a rock and fell while running I had knots in places I never would have expected. It took me a while to recover. I suggest get a massage.
