Nice race Emily. Good way to get back into it. I'm sure it was an exciting weekend.

Your last 0.1 suggests you have Usain Bolt speed :-)

WOW, fast half! Congrats on a great performance.

Good meeting you on Friday. And nice job in the half.

Thanks guys. I don't think the splits are that accurate-- I think some of the mile markers are off. I was running around like crazy and on my feet all day on Sat--cheering and visiting friends around town, so I'm happy really happy with the time.

Also wore heavy 2 year old trainers (Nike structure triax) to run because the course was all cement, didn't want to get injured on a race that didn't matter.

Also, I signed up for Boston yesterday :-)

Nice job on the half! I bet it was an awesome atmosphere down there. And you signed up for Boston!?! That makes me really want to run it...I gotta get 100% healthy first, though. If nothing else, I'm going for a PR at the BAA 5k the day before.

Nice race! Especially in trainers. I'm sure the sunny weather in Houston was so nice . . . too bad you had to come back to snow.

Yay we are going to have such a crew in Boston! I'm so excited!

Great job on the race, and if you want to share a room in Boston I have space in mine.
