Wow... nice run. I hope I don't embarrass you in saying your times and paces blow my mind. Your easy miles would be all-out efforts for me... seriously incredible.

Thanks KristenL. We all have ups and downs. My first half marathon was 1:40, so it's just steady efforts. I hope your injuries get better!

Soooo true that re ups and downs. Maybe there is hope for me yet since my first HM was a 1:49 and that was on 5 months of running... oh, if I could turn back time, I would have started with the 5K - lol! :)
