Nice Emily. Did you decide about racing this Sunday?

PS - all those links you posted on facebook are going to destroy my productivity at work this morning :-)

I'm friends with over a tenth of the women racing the trials. Did you notice what time I posted... still thinking, what if i had just taken a gu at mile 20 at 1 a.m. last night. I wish so much I was racing w them on Saturday, but it will be fun to cheer too. I'm going to run the half, but not race super fast because I couldn't get my own number and I don't want anyone to get in trouble. I'll just pace a friend.

That sounds fun. You are going to have a great trip.

I know what you mean - its hard to let it go. I got an entry to Boston yesterday, so no more looking back for me - I'll get my shot at redemption now! :-)

Nice tempo workout. You seem to be in great shape. I know how you feel about the trials. It's a mix of heartbreak for yourself, and excitement to see how it all plays out. At least you got a marathon pr in the process. I didn't even make it to the starting line.

Sorry I missed your call last weekend, but if you want to run long (for me 12-13) I can run with you this Saturday.

Thanks Em-- I'd love to next next weekend. This weekend, I'm still going to Houston to cheer my head off for 20 friends who are running in it. And my bestest bestest friend Lisbet. We'll do it sometime- let's commit to try for 2016 together! We need a group. A critical mass is brewing!
