1200x4 plus one at threshold pace. 4:09, 4:10, 4:08, 4:08, then added one in to pace someone 4:23. THEN--iced in the river. That's when I learned who was truly tough and strong. That's Melody!

I know you are fast. I knew that before I clicked on to your page. I obviously have high expectations for you becuase when I saw your 1200 spits I automatically thought they were your mile pace splits. I get it now:) Fast nontheless.
