Tonight ran a "recovery" run from the Y through Deming Park and back in a semi-quick 59:18 for 8.5 miles. Ran close to 7 min. pace the first half, then dropped down to 6:30 pace through 7 miles and struggled the last 1.5 miles right at 7:00 pace. Hamstrings are really sore from yesterday. Warm yet breezy today, 45 degrees. Today during lunch, did 30 minutes on the Octane at a medium effort, 5.03 miles. |
