No running today. Yesterday morning as I got into the car, I felt pain in my adductor, original pain in the original location when I first got injured. So, didn't do anything at all yesterday except stretching. So, tonight, did 99 minutes on the Octane. No pain during workout whatsoever. Will see how it feels in the morning. Really really tough doing the Octane tonight. Going 99 minutes was kind of accepting "it's going to be a while..." rather than an off-day 30 minute workout... |
