Ran a pretty tough, yet solid 6.5 miles from home down around Collet Park and back in 47:33. Had 24:42 half way. Quads are so so beat up now. Actually started feeling more "efficient" the last two miles w/ the last mile in 6:45. Got to stop at Collet Park and stretch at my Collet Park Tree. Whole upper left hamstring very tight and weak feeling the first mile. Cardio wise, felt awesome. Cool 32, light breeze, full moon. |
