Ran a pretty tough 3.25 miles from home up through Howard Subdivision and back in 24:20! Legs and lower back are sore from yesterday. Lot of tightness in butt and upper hamstring starting out, but not in the adductor longus. First mile in 7:54, last mile in 7:14. Quite an effort for that pace, but extra 11 pounds makes a huge difference! |
