Ran the Indiana Fall Classic today in not too bad of time, 37:15. Still not fully recovered from the race last Saturday and just ran 8 miles about 14 hours prior. Good workout. Went through first two miles in 5:48 and 5:46, then the legs were dead from there, especially after three miles into the 15 mph head wind out around the lake. Good workout though. Did roughly 1 mile warmup, then 4 mile cooldown. Will try to get in about 12 miles tomorrow. |
