Did 30 minutes hard on the Octane at lunch again today. Tonight, ran 2 mile warmup. Legs were totally dead. Was going to do 6x800m on the track, but went 60 minutes of 2 min. on/2 min. off instead with the ons being about 6 minute pace. Legs felt much better by the third "on". Really tough workout. I've never done a workout like that before. 11 for the day. 39 miles for the week. |
