I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl
I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Yippee! Actually got a run in today. Only did the La Verkin loop so only 3 miles and they were pretty slow and painful. The ribs were hurting and the legs didn't feel very good either, but it was still nice to get out and enjoy the great weather.

Way to get out there and run! I hope the pains go away soon for you. I was thinking about your comments the other day. I think if you are feeling burnt out that you shouldn't feel any rush to train hard. Knowing you, you will get back into shape in a snap, when you are ready. Especially since you've been training consistently for so many years and you play b-ball regularly.
