Still not feeling very good, but decided to go out and try a run.  I ran over to Hurricane High then did a mile around the track then ran home, pace was very slow.  Now I hope to just rest up and get over this cold by next week.

Sorry you've been sick too. Our baby is sick, too,, so maybe it is a bug going around. I thought I had just pushed myself too hard.
